Hotel residents and passers-by will enjoy taking a break in one of MiL8's two dining rooms to explore creative, high-quality cuisine at lunchtime and in the evening.
For start the day off right, come and enjoy a breakfast that is as delicious as it is healthy, composed only of homemade products with cakes, brioches, pancakes concocted by our pastry chef, accompanied by the delicious pastry spread also homemade. Also available to our customers of gluten-free and lactose-free corners as well as corners “superfoods” with chia seeds, almonds, cranberries, dried fruits… And since Haute-Savoie is the land of cheese and charcuterie, there is no question of missing out on sweets directly sourced from local producers.

At lunchtime and in the evening, the restaurant and its terrace, located on the slopes, welcome skiers and hikers for a friendly meal. On the menu, platters to share, street food embellished (truffle croque and farm ham) and sublime mountain dishes (crozets risotto with wild morels), all cooked using good local products with , at the end of regressive desserts (brioche, chocolate fondant and grilled almonds).

The ground floor restaurant welcomes diners in a more intimate atmosphere. Here, the wood-clad walls are enhanced by the discreet, playful lighting and warming colours. In the evening, the menu pays homage to our elders. Casseroled dishes make their comeback with traditional cuisine brought up-to-date. A first-time experience for some, the opportunity for others to rediscover, tinged with a taste of nostalgia.
Those with a sweet tooth can also delight in some of the classic desserts such as chocolate mousse soufflé, shortbread with milk jam, waffles with sweet chestnut cream...As for desserts: chocolate, chestnut and blancmange!
