Hotel residents and passers-by will enjoy taking a break in one of MiL8's two dining rooms to explore creative, high-quality cuisine at lunchtime and in the evening.

A homemade breakfast

For For start the day off right, come and enjoy a breakfast that is as delicious as it is healthy, composed only of homemade products with cakes, rice pudding and stewed fruit and daily pancakes. Also available to our customers of gluten-free and lactose-free corners as well as corners “superfoods” with chia seeds, almonds, cranberries, dried fruits… And since Haute-Savoie is the land of cheese and charcuterie, there is no question of missing out on sweets directly sourced from local producers.

at lunchtime

Chic brasserie with mountain views

The restaurant and terrace, located at the foot of the slopes, welcome skiers and walkers for a convivial lunch. On the menu, you'll find sharing platters, oyster platters, delicious street food (poke bowls, avocado toast, tartine-flette), brasserie classics (burgers and truffle tagliatelle) and revisited casseroles for a gourmet break before heading back to the slopes. Weather permitting, you can enjoy lunch on the terrace with one of the most beautiful views in Avoriaz!

In addition to the "à la carte menu", menu of the day is available (€49/person).

Chic Brasserie

In the evening, La Table du MiL8 opens in an intimate atmosphere and the dishes are elegant, featuring fine ingredients: lobster in brioche, roasted scallops and heirloom vegetables, open ravioli with sautéed mushrooms, Arctic char with orange beurre blanc. For dessert, poached pear with mulled wine custard sauce or souffléed chocolate mousse, a truly indulgent treat, will round off a unique experience that is unrivalled in Avoriaz. A market menu complements the restaurant's à la carte menu every evening. (€50 per person – starter/main course/dessert)
