Exclusively for hotel residents and set out vertically on several levels, MiL8’s Wellness Area is equipped with an outdoor infinity pool, a sauna, a cardio-training room and a massage & relaxation area, all of which are totally glass-fronted affording breathtaking views of the resort and the surrounding landscape.

MiL8 has chosen to partner with this local brand, whose products are 100% natural, certified organic and cruelty free, created by former mogul champion Raphaëlle Monod to bring you FRESH LUXURY ORGANIC skin care products with outstanding, organic Nordic plant-based active ingredients.

Athletes will appreciate the 50-minute muscle-relaxing or revitalising massages as well as the power massage, which is perfect to prepare for an intensive day’s skiing.
For something a little more pampering, the spa menu also features soothing and revitalising facials.

MiL8's wellness area is equipped with a gym that affords panoramic views, making it ideal for when the weather plays up. This cardio-training area houses only the best equipment: treadmill, training bike, rowing machine - and is available for use from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
