Guests with impaired mobility

The MiL8 hotel welcomes guests with impaired mobility. The establishment is fully accessible and staff receive disability awareness training.

The hotel has one guestroom and one suite specially designed and equipped for guests with impaired mobility: space around the bed for ease of access, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, adapted toilets.

Each hotel floor and each service provided by the hotel and its restaurant uses a double lift system and spaces conceived to offer easy access for wheelchair users.

• Part of the reception desk has an adjusted height designed to make your check-in easier.
• A TV remote control and telephone with big buttons are available from reception, on request.
• The toilets in the hotel's common areas and in the restaurant are suitable for wheelchair users
• The sauna, pool and treatment rooms are accessible to persons with reduced mobility
• Guide dogs are allowed in the hotel (including in the restaurant) with no additional charge
• The top and bottom steps of staircases have a surface texture and colour that is different from the floor.
